You will provide administrative support to the mortgage and life insurance department, actively liaising with new and potential customers, and identifying opportunities to promote products and services.

Responsibilities will include:
Evaluating and preparing applications in line with policies and procedures
Issuing documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Managing the mortgage portfolio, including updating daily activity records
Meeting and liaising with new and potential clients to discuss applications and answer queries throughout the process
Working towards sale and growth targets for the mortgage and life insurance department
Experience and skills required:
Minimum C grade in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
Confidence to sell products and services in person and over the phone
Ability to manage tasks and work to deadlines.
Enthusiastic approach to tasks and willingness to learn
Previous experience working in an office or sales environment would be an advantage
