A challenging and rewarding role within a global leader of fund administration and outsourcing services, providing legal advice and guidance to the management team, which will help to shape the future of the company.

Working alongside a highly professional legal team, you will review, advise upon and negotiate terms of contracts with third party suppliers of goods and services, including contracts relating to insurance, IT, employment and consultancy services.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team of experts with entrepreneurial spirits, whilst providing in-house counsel support and corporate secretarial services.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and advising on terms of contracts for clients, including service level agreements, terms and conditions and letters of engagement 

  • Renewing regulatory registrations and reviewing policies and procedures 

  • Managing the appointment and resignation of directors of companies 

  • Collating and proposing agenda items for and attending board meetings 

  • Keeping up to date with any changes in legislation and analysing the impact on the business 

  • Contributing to the content of formal responses to consultation papers issues with regulators or other authorities

Experience and skills required:

  • Qualified Lawyer 

  • Previous experience providing legal advice and guidance, considering organisation-wide implications when making decisions

  • Company secretarial experience 

  • Understands management and financial accounting principals 

  • Client-focused and excellent interpersonal skills
