Within this role you will work collaboratively with other internal functions across our business and lead key areas within the employee lifecycle, including talent and performance review and wellbeing.
You will develop policies and procedures to support the HR team to streamline existing practices. You will work closely with the HR Director to coordinate and facilitate the delivery of key firm wide initiatives including benefits, reward, talent and acquisition.
