A leading multi-jurisdictional provider of financial services is currently seeking a HR/Recruitment professional to provide maternity cover, resourcing support, from the end of 2021 until September 2022.

As HR Resourcing Manager, you will play a key role in the efficient running of the resourcing and onboarding function within the business, promoting best practice in all areas and maintaining high levels of confidentiality.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Interviewing and selecting new hires in partnership with line managers

  • Liaising with recruitment agencies and assisting with recruitment campaigns for senior hires

  • Overseeing the new joiner process

  • Assisting with HR reporting relating to recruitment

  • Dealing with employee queries and concerns

  • Providing support to more junior team members

Experience and skills required:

  • Extensive recruitment experience within financial services, gained either in-house or from an agency 

  • Excellent relationship management skills 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
