A leading multi-jurisdictional provider of financial services is currently seeking a HR/Recruitment professional to provide maternity cover, resourcing support, from the end of 2021 until September 2022.

As HR Resourcing Manager, you will play a key role in the efficient running of the resourcing and onboarding function within the business, promoting best practice in all areas and maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
Responsibilities will include:
Interviewing and selecting new hires in partnership with line managers
Liaising with recruitment agencies and assisting with recruitment campaigns for senior hires
Overseeing the new joiner process
Assisting with HR reporting relating to recruitment
Dealing with employee queries and concerns
Providing support to more junior team members
Experience and skills required:
Extensive recruitment experience within financial services, gained either in-house or from an agency
Excellent relationship management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
