As a trusted HR advisor, you will work collaboratively with the business in support of the company’s aspirations and values.
In this role you will ensure that processes and workflows are efficient, effective and engaging for the team and business across all jurisdictions.
Responsibilities will include:
Working in partnership with all employees, as a trusted advisor to managers, providing technical advice and multi-jurisdictional support
Supporting the business and managers to address employee relations issues informally and formally, managing processes in line with policy and employment law
Improving work relationships, building morale and enhancing the employee engagement experience
Taking a lead role in the annual schedule of events; performance reviews, promotion reviews, salary and rewards to include the flexible benefit process
Managing an Administrator and owning the production of management information analysing data and reporting on trends
Experience and skills required:
Educated to degree level and CIPD qualified to a minimum of level 5
Excellent people engagement skills based on partnership and collaboration
Full understanding of all HR functions and a sound knowledge of current employment law principles
Experienced across a generalist HR skill set, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including compensation and reward
High level of accuracy and attention to detail with a strong client delivery, goal orientated outlook
Discrete approach with the confidence to manage sensitive and confidential matters whilst mitigating associated risks
