Join a growing global HR team within a leading European hedge fund management company.
You will support a wide range of HR operational and generalist activities and ongoing process improvements, supporting various HR initiatives across various locations.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the preparation of monthly payroll across various locations
Maintaining staff records, including new joiners and leavers, as well as providing benefits information
Producing relevant employment documentation as required
Organising relevant health and safety and HR training courses
Processing new hires via a 3rd party screening provider
Experience and skills required:
Minimum of 5 years work experience in a relevant HR environment
Qualified or studying towards CIPD qualification
Knowledge of Jersey/UK employment law and practices
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure against deadlines
Good PC skills especially Microsoft Office and HR databases
