Responsibilities will include:
Managing the recruitment and onboarding process for all new hires
Providing an advisory service in relation to all employee relation matters
Assisting with the leavers process, including conducting exit interviews
Checking and approving payroll and managing all benefit providers
Working with managers to assess and support the delivery of training programmes to aid employee learning and development
Experience and skills required:
Previous HR experience within a financial services environment
Minimum CIPD level 5 qualified, or equivalent
Knowledge of HR systems and databases and confident using Microsoft Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive and flexible approach to tasks
