As HR Manager you will be the day to day go-to person for all HR queries and ensure a professional and comprehensive HR service is provided to the company at all times.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the recruitment and onboarding process for all new hires  

  • Providing an advisory service in relation to all employee relation matters

  • Assisting with the leavers process, including conducting exit interviews 

  • Checking and approving payroll and managing all benefit providers

  • Working with managers to assess and support the delivery of training programmes to aid employee learning and development 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous HR experience within a financial services environment 

  • Minimum CIPD level 5 qualified, or equivalent 

  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases and confident using Microsoft Excel

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Positive and flexible approach to tasks
