A world leading European hedge fund management company is seeking a highly motivated HR professional, to join their growing global HR team.
Supporting the HR Director, with day-to-day HR operations and all stages of the employment lifecycle, you will also help to review and implement HR initiatives across various locations.

Responsibilities will include:
Providing a full HR generalist and employee relations support service
Preparing HR management reporting
Assisting with the administration and review of employee benefits
Preparing monthly payroll data
Providing assistance with all stages of the recruitment and onboarding process
Assisting with the coordinating of the annual performance review and appraisal process
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ generalist HR experience, including previous experience within financial services
Proactive approach to tasks and ability to adapt quickly
Strong knowledge of HR systems
Excellent administration and time management skills
CIPD membership would be an advantage
