A world leading European hedge fund management company is seeking a highly motivated HR professional, to join their growing global HR team.

Supporting the HR Director, with day-to-day HR operations and all stages of the employment lifecycle, you will also help to review and implement HR initiatives across various locations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a full HR generalist and employee relations support service 

  • Preparing HR management reporting 

  • Assisting with the administration and review of employee benefits 

  • Preparing monthly payroll data

  • Providing assistance with all stages of the recruitment and onboarding process

  • Assisting with the coordinating of the annual performance review and appraisal process 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ generalist HR experience, including previous experience within financial services 

  • Proactive approach to tasks and ability to adapt quickly  

  • Strong knowledge of HR systems 

  • Excellent administration and time management skills 

  • CIPD membership would be an advantage
