A world leading European hedge fund management company is seeking a highly motivated HR professional, to join their growing global HR team.

Supporting the HR Director with day to day HR operations and all stages of the employment lifecycle, you will also help to review and implement HR initiatives across various locations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing employee relations support, managing disciplinary cases and the leavers process 

  • Assisting with regular management reporting

  • Supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment, induction, probation and termination 

  • Monitoring the completion of training and coordinating training plans 

  • Preparing for annual performance review and appraisal process

  • Administering employee benefits

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ generalist HR experience, ideally within the financial services sector 

  • Strong administration skills 

  • Ideally educated to degree level, or hold CIPD full membership status 

  • High focus and attention to detail 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
