​A fantastic Manager level opportunity for a HR professional with experience in learning and development, to take the next step in their career. As a Manager you will be responsible for providing a proactive learning and development service to a company which places a strong focus on the development of its employees and providing learning and development opportunities.

As well as providing a learning and development service to the global business, you will help support this company’s aim of creating a ‘learning organisation’ where collective experiences and expertise can be shared so that the organisation can benefit as a whole.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the design, development and delivery of the global induction programme

  • Being a learning and development subject matter expert

  • Owning and developing the delivery of core leadership programmes

  • Leading the provision of a ‘core skills’ programme, mainly online but supported by regionally relevant workshops and seminars

  • Supporting the Senior Manager, business leaders and representatives to design and deliver an annual learning agenda to support continuing professional development across the group

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous HR experience, with a focus on learning and development

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Good organisational skills

  • Team player

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
