A fantastic Manager level opportunity for a HR professional with experience in learning and development, to take the next step in their career. As a Manager you will be responsible for providing a proactive learning and development service to a company which places a strong focus on the development of its employees and providing learning and development opportunities.
As well as providing a learning and development service to the global business, you will help support this company’s aim of creating a ‘learning organisation’ where collective experiences and expertise can be shared so that the organisation can benefit as a whole.
Responsibilities will include:
Owning the design, development and delivery of the global induction programme
Being a learning and development subject matter expert
Owning and developing the delivery of core leadership programmes
Leading the provision of a ‘core skills’ programme, mainly online but supported by regionally relevant workshops and seminars
Supporting the Senior Manager, business leaders and representatives to design and deliver an annual learning agenda to support continuing professional development across the group
Experience and skills required:
Previous HR experience, with a focus on learning and development
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Good organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
