A global provider of financial services is currently seeking a HR Business Partner to provide support to their team on a 6 month contract.
Within this role, you will provide advice to Managers and Directors on a range of HR areas, such as diversity, employee engagement, absence management, resourcing, and employee relations.
You will also play a key role in supporting the delivery of HR related projects and recruitment activities across the organisation.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting the development and implementation of the HR strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy
Acting as primary point of contact for all HR advisory activities
Working to understand the business culture, segment needs, and employee needs
Providing advice on trends driving high performance and playing a central role in the implementation of HR project/change initiatives
Keeping to date with any changes in legislation
Identifying staff training and development needs
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner role, ideally within financial services
Up to date knowledge of current Jersey Employment Law
CIPD professional designation
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and relationship building skills
