An ambitious and growing global company is currently seeking a HR Business Partner who is available immediately to provide assistance to their global HR team on a 6–12 month contract.
Within this role you will provide tailored HR advice to allocated services across multiple jurisdictions and help to translate business strategy and workforce planning into HR initiatives, ensuring a best practice approach to people management is followed.
This is a great opportunity for a HR professional who is committed to working in a fast-paced evolving environment and can be based in either Jersey or Belfast.
Responsibilities will include:
Building collaborative relationships with internal clients and supporting the embedding of business strategy through the provision of HR support and advice
Leading the delivery of group and local HR initiatives and processes, including organisational change, performance review and promotions and annual reviews
Providing advice and guidance to managers on development planning, absence management and performance reviews
Leading the management and resolution of employee relations issues
Supporting a range of HR projects, including reacting to legislative changes and employee engagement initiatives
Experience and skills required:
Technically strong HR generalist with experience of working in a fiduciary/professional services environment and supporting multiple jurisdictions
Hold a minimum of CIPD Level 5
Working knowledge of Jersey Employment Law is essential, with a broad understanding of UK Employment regulations and legislation preferable
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business
Enthusiasm, motivation and the ability to learn and adapt quickly to business changes
