As HR Business Partner for the Jersey, Guernsey and Edinburgh offices, you will provide support to Managing Directors and their management teams, to ensure divisional goals are achieved, through effective people management.

Responsibilities will include:
Translating business strategy into HR priorities and actionable goals
Supporting workforce planning and working alongside the recruitment team to manage the resourcing and hiring process
Partnering with the business to support talent acquisition, development and reward and succession planning
Developing close working relationships with Managers and Directors and providing advice and solutions in regards to HR matters
Managing any employee relations issues
Keeping up to date with industry developments, providing advice and updating policies and handbooks
Experience and skills required:
Hold a professional HR qualification
Previous HR experience
Ability to work within a team and independently using own initiative
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work with discretion and handle confidential matters
