As HR Business Partner you will translate business strategy and workforce planning into HR initiatives, ensuring a best practice approach to people management is followed and is compliant with all relevant legislation.

Responsibilities will include:
Building collaborative relationships with internal clients and supporting the embedding of business strategy through the provision of HR support, solutions and advice
Leading the delivery of group and local HR initiatives and processes, including organisational change, performance review and promotions and annual reviews
Providing advice and guidance to Managers on development planning, absence management and performance reviews
Leading the management and resolution of employee relations issues
Supporting a range of HR projects, including reacting to legislative changes and employee engagement initiatives
Experience and skills required:
Technically strong HR generalist with experience of working in a fiduciary/professional services environment and supporting multiple jurisdictions
Holds CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent
Hold a broad understanding of UK employment regulations and legislation and be aware of Jersey Employment Law
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business
Enthusiasm, motivation and the ability to learn and adapt quickly to business changes
