Provide resourcing and onboarding support to the HR team in a growing and innovative professional services organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and organised individual to join a fast-paced environment providing support, managing resourcing activity across the group and assisting with the onboarding of employees across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to job applications, arranging interviews, issuing assessments and preparing paperwork 

  • Administering the new starter process, including pre-screening, collating documents and setting up employee records 

  • Scheduling induction training for new starters 

  • Administering student schemes and trainee programmes 

  • Updating and maintaining accurate employee records

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ HR or recruitment experience

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks 

  • Proactive, positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and development 

  • Confident communication skills, ability to hold difficult conversations and make decisions quickly 

  • Ability to work accurately
