Responsibilities will include:
Responding to job applications, arranging interviews, issuing assessments and preparing paperwork
Administering the new starter process, including pre-screening, collating documents and setting up employee records
Scheduling induction training for new starters
Administering student schemes and trainee programmes
Updating and maintaining accurate employee records
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 2 years’ HR or recruitment experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Proactive, positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and development
Confident communication skills, ability to hold difficult conversations and make decisions quickly
Ability to work accurately
