A fulfilling, rewarding and interesting career opportunity for a proactive HR Administrator to provide part-time support (20 hours per week), on a contract basis until the end of January 2022.
Within this varied role you will provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative service to the office and help to coordinate all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the recruitment process: advertising vacancies, coordinating interviews and preparing offer letters and contracts
Coordinating the joiner and leaver process
Setting up and accurately maintaining files for residents
Organising board meetings and producing minutes
Preparing correspondence and monitoring office supplies
Acting as a main point of contact
Experience and skills required:
Previous HR or payroll experience would be an advantage
Knowledge of payroll systems and associated reports and returns
A strong background in administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to work using own initiative
Own transport is essential
