A fulfilling, rewarding and interesting career opportunity for a proactive HR Administrator to provide part-time support (20 hours per week), on a contract basis until the end of January 2022.

Within this varied role you will provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative service to the office and help to coordinate all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the recruitment process: advertising vacancies, coordinating interviews and preparing offer letters and contracts 

  • Coordinating the joiner and leaver process 

  • Setting up and accurately maintaining files for residents 

  • Organising board meetings and producing minutes 

  • Preparing correspondence and monitoring office supplies

  • Acting as a main point of contact 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous HR or payroll experience would be an advantage  

  • Knowledge of payroll systems and associated reports and returns 

  • A strong background in administration 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work using own initiative

  • Own transport is essential
