As HR Advisor you will support the Head of HR Operations to provide professional HR advice and guidance to leadership teams across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, with a focus on providing effective management of all employee relations.

Responsibilities will include:
Onboarding new starters, including carrying out pre employment checks
Administering all new starters, leavers and employee transfers, including liaising with the payroll team regarding any changes
Assisting with the review of employee relations casework and discussing solutions in a proactive manner
Reviewing HR policies, ensuring these are in line with current legislation
Developing strong working relationships with leadership teams across the business
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience within HR
Hold a relevant professional qualification such as CIPD level 3 or ideally studying towards CIPD level 5
Previous experience in advising and working with senior members of staff
Ability to act with discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
