As HR Advisor you will support the Head of HR Operations to provide professional HR advice and guidance to leadership teams across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, with a focus on providing effective management of all employee relations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding new starters, including carrying out pre employment checks

  • Administering all new starters, leavers and employee transfers, including liaising with the payroll team regarding any changes

  • Assisting with the review of employee relations casework and discussing solutions in a proactive manner 

  • Reviewing HR policies, ensuring these are in line with current legislation  

  • Developing strong working relationships with leadership teams across the business  

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within HR

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification such as CIPD level 3 or ideally studying towards CIPD level 5 

  • Previous experience in advising and working with senior members of staff

  • Ability to act with discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
