Play a vital role in providing an efficient and responsive HR support service, assisting with all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
As an experienced HR Advisor, you will use your knowledge to deliver a full range of HR and administration services and act as a HR central point of contact for the business on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities will include:
Acting as a central point of contact for HR queries
Providing a seamless onboarding experience, including carrying out inductions for new starters
Assisting with the recruitment process, including reviewing CVs, organising interviews and preparing contracts
Booking training and keeping up to date qualification and training files for staff
Supporting the HR Manager with various disciplinary and grievance investigations
Experience and skills required:
Previous HR experience within a professional services environment
Experience working with HR systems such as People HR and Pinpoint
Hold a relevant HR degree or professional qualification, such as CIPD at level 3 or above
Confident communication skills and ability to manage both internal and external relationships
High degree of integrity, including the ability to successfully deal with sensitive or confidential information
