Responsibilities will include:
Deploying eLearning courses and tracking completion
Updating and maintaining electronic attendance registers
Supporting the operational running of large in-person and virtual training events, including booking venues
Regularly liaising with course providers, regarding timetables, bookings and cancellations
Maintaining calendars for internal training, sending out joining instructions and feedback forms
Experience and skills required:
Ideally educated to degree level or CIPD qualified
Proactive, self-motivated and takes responsibility for own work
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
Previous office experience and an interest in learning and development would be an advantage
