Responsibilities will include:

  • Deploying eLearning courses and tracking completion 

  • Updating and maintaining electronic attendance registers 

  • Supporting the operational running of large in-person and virtual training events, including booking venues

  • Regularly liaising with course providers, regarding timetables, bookings and cancellations 

  • Maintaining calendars for internal training, sending out joining instructions and feedback forms 

Experience and skills required:

  • Ideally educated to degree level or CIPD qualified 

  • Proactive, self-motivated and takes responsibility for own work 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks 

  • Previous office experience and an interest in learning and development would be an advantage
