A growing and innovative professional services organisation is seeking a strong administrator to provide support to their resourcing and onboarding team for 4 to 5 months.
Whilst this role will provide support predominantly to the recruitment team, there may also be the opportunity for wider involvement in other areas of HR.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and organised administrator to gain HR experience working in a fast-paced environment with a supportive and friendly team. Ideally you will be available for an immediately start and whilst previous recruitment experience would be an advantage, this is not essential
Responsibilities will include:
Answering queries from agencies
Preparing offer documents
Assisting with onboarding administration
Supporting ongoing projects
Experience and skills required:
Strong administration skills
Previous experience dealing with sensitive data and high levels of confidentiality
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
