We have a fantastic new HR role in a well-regarded organisation, to provide a visible and highly proactive HR service to the management teams and colleagues.
In this role you will be expected to be resourceful and customer focused, applying initiative when working independently as well as contributing to the effectiveness of the HR team.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing confidential and impartial guidance on HR issues and delivering proactive and responsive HR processes and activities aligned with business objectives
Providing generalist HR support to the rest of the HR and learning and development team
Assisting with the development and maintenance of HR systems, policies and processes
Administration for the department as required
Developing positive relationships with staff
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a HR role
Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings
Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner
Experience of supporting and advising managers from a variety of departments at different levels
