Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the administration of staff movements, including preparing employment contracts, managing probations and completing reference requests
Dealing with queries related to recruitment and selection
Processing invoices and expenses and assisting with payroll
Providing reports, data and analysis, as required
Supporting the administration of student schemes
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience, including HR administration experience
Confident using Microsoft Office applications
Previous experience using HR systems
A high level of confidentiality
Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
