Joining the global HR team, you support the delivery of a seamless, client focused HR service, providing support with employee relations, recruitment and data interpretation and analysis. Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the administration of staff movements, including preparing employment contracts, managing probations and completing reference requests 

  • Dealing with queries related to recruitment and selection

  • Processing invoices and expenses and assisting with payroll

  • Providing reports, data and analysis, as required 

  • Supporting the administration of student schemes 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience, including HR administration experience 

  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications 

  • Previous experience using HR systems

  • A high level of confidentiality 

  • Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
