Working in a fast-paced organisation, you will provide administrative support for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding new starters, to assisting with the leavers process.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated HR Administrator to join a dynamic team and be supported to study towards professional qualifications, whilst being encouraged to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities will include:

HR Operations:

  • Providing support with the end to end onboarding support

Employee relations

  • Liaising with stakeholders on general HR queries

  • Preparing contracts

  • Supporting the wider HR team in the administration of performance management

Talent Management and Training

  • Arranging inductions for new joiners and transferred employees

  • Liaising with training providers to facilitate course booking and training requests


  • Assisting with the recruitment process 

  • Creating a positive candidate experience

  • Ensuring all relevant systems are up to date

Experience and skills required:

  • Strong academic background, ideally educated to at least degree level (or equivalent) 

  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and remain calm under pressure
