Responsibilities will include:
Supporting the new joiner and onboarding process, including preparing documentation, arranging pre-screening and inductions
Preparing documents and taking minutes in employee relations cases
Assisting with the leaver process, including carrying our exit interviews
Supporting absence and also probation monitoring
Assisting with monthly reporting
Experience and skills required:
At least 1 years’ previous HR experience
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Proactive, self-motivated and ability to take responsibility for own work
Ideally educated to at least degree standard (or equivalent) and/or CIPD qualified
