Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the new joiner and onboarding process, including preparing documentation, arranging pre-screening and inductions 

  • Preparing documents and taking minutes in employee relations cases 

  • Assisting with the leaver process, including carrying our exit interviews 

  • Supporting absence and also probation monitoring

  • Assisting with monthly reporting 

Experience and skills required:

  • At least 1 years’ previous HR experience 

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail 

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure 

  • Proactive, self-motivated and ability to take responsibility for own work 

  • Ideally educated to at least degree standard (or equivalent) and/or CIPD qualified
