As part of the wider management team, you will be involved in new business transactions, build strong working relationships in this client facing role and also drive the development of new products and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with wider company growth strategies.
Previous private capital experience is essential as well as experience with system platforms (such as e-front), system developments and roll outs.
Responsibilities will include:
Working with global IT teams to review and implement an IT system which will increase the efficiency of processes for administration and accounting teams
Reviewing and setting up new business proposals and transactions for new and existing funds
Liaising with other jurisdictions regarding client service offerings and identifying new product and cross-selling opportunities
Ensuring a robust operational risk framework is implemented
Managing various funds and building strong working relationships with clients
Assisting with recruitment for the team and support the career development of team members
Experience and skills required:
Extensive experience within the funds industry, including at least 5 years’ experience within a management level role
Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CA)
A good understanding of financial reporting requirements such as IFRS/UK/US and GAAP
Excellent working knowledge of various private equity fund structures
Ability to work in a multi-jurisdictional environment
