Leading the fund administration and accounting teams, you will be responsible for the delivery of a quality service and have a high degree of contact with clients. You will also be part of a wider management team who is primarily responsible for managing and driving client delivery to one of the largest Channel Islands clients, within the alternative funds segment.
You will work closely with the strategic transition team for new and existing business and be inspired to focus on innovative ways to drive the business forward and delivery a quality service to clients. In return, you can expect to receive a highly competitive flexible benefits package.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing the client delivery team responsible for the day to day production of new and existing client business
Ensuring clients remain fully compliant with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Managing new activities and client requests in conjunction with product, controls and legal terms
Reviewing profitability, costs and allocation of resources of clients
Leading, developing and motivating staff
Ensuring your team delivers a quality service to meet client service needs and contribute to the business’ performance strategies
Experience and skills required:
Professional accountancy qualification
Strong technical knowledge of secondary funds
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role within the private equity or real estate funds industry
Knowledge of private equity service controls and procedures
Strong leadership and motivational skills
