A senior level role within a well-regarded investor services group, leading the delivery of Jersey’s risk and compliance strategic targets.
In this role, you will be an active member of the risk and operations committees, identifying opportunities to improve policies and procedures. You will also play an active role in ensuring risk management processes are embedded in the culture, operations and systems used by all employees.

Responsibilities will include:
Acting as Board Director and supporting the Board in fulfilling their responsibilities by providing a monitoring and reporting framework to manage risk
Overseeing the risk management framework and ensuring any risks are managed
Working with the senior management team to ensure risk management is embedded and coordinated in services and initiatives
Promoting a strong compliance culture is embedded at both local and group level
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role and at a similar level
Extensive experience within the offshore finance industry
Experience working closely with regulators
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good leadership and management skills
