A rewarding career opportunity for a HR professional, leading the creation and delivery of the education plan and strategic HR objectives, in an independent charity.
In this senior level role you will lead the HR team and also be the technical expert to the business for HR activities including organisational change management. You will provide direction in relation to all internal and external education and lead the delivery of strategic objectives, in line with the company’s business plan.
This is a key hire overseeing the activities resulting from the change agenda to ensure the right balance of experience and skills are in place to meet the needs of the business, employees and clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Creating and overseeing the delivery of education and learning solutions
Providing guidance to senior and executive team members in the delivery of change management HR activities
Assisting with reporting and the annual creation the education and learning budget for approval
Leading the development of wellbeing strategies
Supporting the management of employee relation cases
Managing the end to end recruitment process of managers and key hires
Experience and skills required:
Previous HR operations and employee relations experience
Experience in a senior level HR role
CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
Good knowledge of local employment law and statutory requirements
Approachable and ability to work with confidentiality and discretion
