As a key member of the finance team, you will ensure the performance framework is based on business drivers and performance reporting tools. You will also identify and mitigate potential risks to company performance.

Responsibilities will include:
Collating financial forecasts and ensuring these are in line with defined company strategies
Delivering financial performance variance analysis to explain trends and financial insights
Overseeing the quarterly review processes and preparing executive reports for the board which will be used during the strategic decision making processes
Providing input into the reconciliation of management information results
Collaboratively working to monitor and devise strategies for maximising interest margins and overall returns from the balance sheet
Experience and skills required:
Chartered Accountant
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Finance Manager in a financial services company
Experience in financial information reporting, analytics and providing advice to the business
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent leadership and relationship building skills
