Drive, develop and deliver the IT security strategies for a well-regarded global financial services business, ensuring these are aligned with overall company strategy.
Leading and managing the IT security team, you will assist with the development of strategic goals and develop roadmaps to help execute security plans.

Responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing cyber awareness plans to increase risk awareness, including rolling out IT security campaigns
Providing direction and leadership to team members, and overseeing the IT security headcount and budget
Carrying out cyber security testing plans
Monitoring compliance with security policies, including carrying out remediation activities and assisting with security projects
Preparing reports for presentation at risk and governance committee meetings
Experience and skills required:
Proven IT and cyber security experience
Hold a professional qualification such as CISSP or equivalent
Good knowledge of cyber security methodologies
Excellent leadership and relationship management skills
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
