A senior level role within an innovative and dynamic company overseeing compliance across the group, establishing standards and implementing controls and procedures to ensure adherence with regulatory and legal requirements.
As Head of Compliance, you will lead a team which oversees the compliance monitoring programme, provide advice and also contribute to the strategic direction of the business.

Responsibilities will include:
Providing strategic direction to the management team on compliance
Overseeing and monitoring the compliance framework and compliance monitoring programme
Fulfilling the roles of MLCO, Compliance Officer and Data Protection Officer
Evaluating the effectiveness of current controls and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency
Providing advice and guidance to the business and also assisting with regulatory training
Keeping up to date with any regulatory developments and interacting with regulators on compliance issues
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience leading a compliance team or function
Good knowledge of Guernsey industry standards and regulations
Methodical approach to tasks and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hold a relevant professional compliance qualification
