In this role you will be responsible for the Group's compliance strategy, playing a significant part in the development and delivery of the global compliance framework and promoting a strong compliance culture throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities will include:
Developing, implementing and maintaining an effective compliance network across the international offices
Assessing and recommending amendments to internal systems, policies and procedures
Working closely with the jurisdictional Heads of Compliance to deliver the Group Compliance Monitoring Plan
Engaging regularly with the Board and the Group Chief Risk Officer to provide advice and recommendations
Keeping up to date with any regulatory changes
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in trust, corporate and/or fund services
Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory, particularly AML and CFT legislation
Effective problem solving skills and the ability to initiate and manage change
Good communication and organisational skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
