Drive the success of a forward-thinking and innovative business and play a key role in optimising the firm’s revenue processes through establishing a market-leading pricing framework, across service lines.

In this senior level role, you will review current pricing strategies and financial performance to identify opportunities to increase revenue. You will also assist stakeholders with financial forecasting processes for the business and objective setting for client facing teams, whilst leading the delivery of strategic projects to increase financial efficiency and reduce exposure to costs.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and identifying opportunities to optimise the firm’s revenue generation and working capital processes ​

  • Developing a culture of data-led pricing decisions​, including providing pricing support and training to client facing staff

  • Establishing a market leading pricing framework for the business, including modelling the financial impact of proposed pricing arrangements ​

  • Providing post-matter financial analysis of work and also analysing ways to reduce the administration for nonchargeable tasks

  • Assisting with business planning and forecasting, including helping to set financial objectives for client facing teams​

Experience and skills required:

  • Qualified Accountant​

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within a law firm or professional services setting​

  • Strong pricing experience ​

  • ​Previous people management experience

  • ​Excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence a range of stakeholders
