As Head of Client Services, you will hold a key role within an international workforce, helping to maintain the bank’s market-leading position.

You will have executive responsibility for a nominated segment of clients while ensuring delivery of a consistent, high-quality service as well as defining and implementing an effective business strategy designed to grow the client base.  

Your role will be focused on leading the client service team in Jersey, inspiring them to achieve objectives, managing performance and enabling a culture of high performance, accountability and service excellence.
