Lead and develop the operational strategy for a growing funds and corporate services provider and oversee improvements to controls, technology and scale in the administration function.
As Head of Client Operations, you will contribute to the overall strategy and growth of the group and support the change function to develop effective engagement strategies to deliver transformation programmes and business platforms, designed to aid growth and client experience.

Responsibilities will include:
Developing and upholding a strong commercial and compliant culture through taking ownership of processes and procedures
Working with the Group Head of Technology and Change to design and implement optimal solutions to help advance the operating model
Providing operational performance reports to stakeholders
Overseeing the design and implementation of a business platforms strategy involving the global deployment and ongoing maintenance of key business platforms
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent leadership and motivational skills
Ability to work with multiple deadlines and have a strong commitment to client service excellence
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
