Within this role you will assist with the implementation of a range of IT projects and manage the migration of the group’s IT infrastructure to a cloud-first approach.

Ideally you will have previous experience with Microsoft Windows, MPLS/VPLS networks, Office 365, Exchange Online and Azure environments.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a range of IT projects including major cloud infrastructure migrations, application development and system implementation 

  • Maintaining and distributing project plans regarding the deployment of new or upgraded technology

  • Providing regular project status updates to stakeholders and managing risks  

  • Collaboratively working with the group infrastructure team to support continuous system upgrade programmes 

  • Building strong working relationships with outsourced IT providers 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years similar experience 

  • Relevant professional IT qualifications (ITIL, Microsoft etc.) 

  • Proven problem analysis, research and troubleshooting skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • A project management qualification would be an advantage but is not essential
