Responsibilities will include:
Managing corporate diaries, preparing agencies and collating papers for meetings
Taking minutes, drafting resolutions and following up on action points
Maintaining statutory books, records, company registers and signatory lists
Monitoring changes in legislation and communicating these to the boards
Ensuring all terms of reference remain valid and preparing correspondence
Experience and skills required:
Knowledge of corporate governance issues and confident to support high-profile company and board members
Hold a relevant professional qualification, such as ICSA or equivalent
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Discretion when handling confidential information
