Responsibilities will include:
Identifying, analysing and proposing ways to mitigate legal, reputational and operational risks
Providing advice on the legal aspects of anti-money laundering and sanctions questions and data protection issues
Maintaining existing global terms of business and developing a global approach for other identified contractual issues
Reviewing and analysing potential legal risks associated with proposed new products
Taking ownership of current business processes and creating new checklists for tasks which carry legal risk
Experience and skills required:
Qualified Lawyer with corporate law experience
Ability to build close working relationships
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Approachable, calm and confident manner
Self-starter, proactive and the ability to take ownership of own workload
