Occasional travel overseas may be required.
Responsibilities will include:
Collaboratively working with departments on aspects of product creation, including product development, testing, pricing strategies and launch
Liaising with customers during the development phase to review solutions and ensure the software being developed meets their needs
Keeping up to date with market trends and requirements, through undertaking research
Working with product management, product marketing, marketing and sales to create compelling customer materials and sales collateral
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in alternative fund administration, such as debt, private equity or property
Analytical, thorough and a creative problem solver
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
