A multi-family office is seeking an experienced compliance professional to join their team in this hands-on role, to ensure all business is conducted in a risk-based, compliant manner.
Reporting to the Head of Risk and Compliance, you will help to develop and operate an effective compliance monitoring framework and accurately maintain operational risk registers. You will also ensure the business adopts a collaborative approach towards building a risk aware and compliant culture, whilst pushing forward the risk and compliance strategy and agenda.

Responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining an effective compliance monitoring framework and operational risk registers
Acting as a key point of contact on data protection matters and issues
Liaising with JFSC and other regulators and providing advice and updates
Taking action to address non-compliance and breaches
Submitting regulatory returns
Keeping up to date with any changes in industry and legal regulatory requirements
Experience and skills required:
Previous compliance experience
Hold a relevant professional qualification such as ICA Diploma
Excellent knowledge of Jersey legislation and regulation
Ability to deliver concise and effective reporting to management and relevant boards
Adaptable and ability to react quickly to developing issues
