Within this role you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients and be the primary point of contact for all administrative needs. You will also lead a team of Administrators, ensuring they uphold the policies and procedures of the company at all times.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing a team of administrators and managing the day to day administration of a large entity portfolio 

  • Acting as a lead client contact, participating in performance meetings and leading the preparation for board meetings 

  • Providing assistance with new business enquiries and client onboarding 

  • Performing team appraisals and organising regular team meetings 

  • Undertaking “B” signatory responsibilities  

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous management experience within financial services, ideally within a private equity administration department

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
