Within this role you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients and be the primary point of contact for all administrative needs. You will also lead a team of Administrators, ensuring they uphold the policies and procedures of the company at all times.
Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing a team of administrators and managing the day to day administration of a large entity portfolio
Acting as a lead client contact, participating in performance meetings and leading the preparation for board meetings
Providing assistance with new business enquiries and client onboarding
Performing team appraisals and organising regular team meetings
Undertaking “B” signatory responsibilities
Experience and skills required:
Previous management experience within financial services, ideally within a private equity administration department
Hold a relevant professional qualification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
