Within this role you will process and administer payments for the fund teams, as well as coordinating bank account procedures.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Payments Administrator looking to take the next step in their career in an interesting, challenging and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and administering payments for fund, executive investment and internal management administration​

  • Completing bank accounting opening procedures​

  • Coordinating the annual bank account audit confirmation process​

  • Maintaining and updating banking platform administration rights​

  • Processing internal payments​

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous payment administration experience​

  • Experience working in Jersey​

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills​

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail​

  • Good team player​
