Join a reputable financial services group on a contract basis where you will manage and develop a portfolio of fund clients, whilst actively being involved in business development, preparing and delivering client proposals and meeting intermediaries.

In this role, you will manage junior members of the team, which will include performance management, work load supervision and proactively being part of the strategic planning for business growth. 

If you have a detailed understanding of local regulations and applicable funds law, a high awareness of compliance, risk, governance and would like to build on your experience in managing fund launches this could be the ideal interim role for you. 

 Responsibilities will include:

  • Actively participating in steering the strategic direction of the business, including management meetings, contributing ideas and delivering projects where required

  • Management of fund launches, reviewing launch documentation, attending board meetings and liaising with intermediaries ad investors

  • Preparation of administration reports for client board meetings and attendance at meetings 

  • Developing the existing client base by understanding client needs and look for opportunities to add value and grow relationships

  • Seeking out new business opportunities by developing good working relations with professional intermediaries

 Experience and skills required:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent along with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in fiduciary services 

  • Qualified as a B category person under JFSC guidelines, holding a relevant professional qualification

  • Comprehensive knowledge of and a proven track record in offshore fiduciary services

  • Good interpersonal skills to deal with staff, intermediaries and clients

  • Ability to coach staff and help them to reach their potential and ambition
