Leading a team of administrators, you will oversee and manage the provision of a range of services to a varied portfolio of fund and management entity clients. You will liaise with Investment Managers, advisors and third party service providers, to ensure high levels of client service delivery are met at all times.
Responsibilities will include:
Carrying out day to day reviews and having oversight of the administration for real estate/corporate investment structures
Ensuring compliance with the relevant codes and regulations
Accurately maintaining investor details and related documentation
Assisting in training and mentoring team members
Liaising with third parties as required, in relation to the activities of specific entities and transactions
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ demonstrable funds experience, ideally with some exposure to corporate structures
Hold a recognised professional qualification such as ICSA, CIA or ACCA
Self-motivated, adaptable and flexible approach to work
Good working knowledge of statutory requirements and corporate governance matters
Ability to work well within a team and to mentor and coach team members
