In this role, you will be expected to have a strong commitment to client service excellence, administer a varied portfolio of clients and maintain and enhance client relationships.
Responsibilities will include:
Liaising with clients on day to day matters
Assisting more senior members of staff with their client portfolio
Maintaining the statutory books for your own portfolio and preparing regulatory documentation
Preparing payment instructions
Attending client meetings and circulating board minutes
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 2 years’ relevant industry experience, ideally administering corporate clients
Either currently or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP
Proactive and disciplined approach to work
