In this role, you will be expected to have a strong commitment to client service excellence, administer a varied portfolio of clients and maintain and enhance client relationships.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients on day to day matters

  • Assisting more senior members of staff with their client portfolio

  • Maintaining the statutory books for your own portfolio and preparing regulatory documentation

  • Preparing payment instructions

  • Attending client meetings and circulating board minutes

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant industry experience, ideally administering corporate clients

  • Either currently or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP

  • Proactive and disciplined approach to work

  • Team player

  • Demonstrates drive
