In this role, you will be expected to have a strong commitment to client service excellence, administering a varied portfolio of clients and maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
Responsibilities will include:
Liaising with clients on day-to-day matters
Assisting more senior members of staff with their client portfolio
Maintaining the statutory books for your own portfolio and preparing regulatory documentation
Preparing payment instructions
Attending client meetings and circulating board minutes
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 2 years’ relevant industry experience
Currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification at certificate level and willing to further study towards diploma level
Proactive and disciplined approach to work
Clear telephone manner
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
