As part of a proactive and agile workforce you will provide and promote a first class administrative service to an assigned small portfolio of clients. This is a great opportunity for a client focused and team spirited individual who is interested in working in a fast paced, high pressured work environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Actively liaising with clients on day to day matters

  • Assisting more senior members of staff within their client portfolio

  • Preparing client regulatory documents

  • Assisting with the review of accounts/ financial statements

  • Preparing payment instructions for online banking systems

  • Drafting and circulating meetings and resolutions

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ fund administration experience

  • Either hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification at certificate level and willing to study towards diploma level (ICSA/STEP)

  • ‘Can-do’ attitude and flexible approach to tasks

  • Ability to work well within a team

  • Good time management and organisational skills
