Joining the real estate/institutional team, you will have exposure to multiple teams, asset classes and an impressive client base and will be working within an inclusive and friendly culture, working alongside some of the best people in industry to support the delivery of a first-class administrative service to a varied portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting more senior staff with their client portfolio 

  • Administering a number of non-complex clients under supervision 

  • Preparing regulatory documentation and accurately maintaining statutory books and records  

  • Producing and circulating board packs 

  • Preparing payment instructions and monitoring for receipt of funds 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 1 years’ industry experience 

  • Excellent academic background

  • Either currently studying or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA

  • A basic understanding of the local finance industry and regulatory requirements 

  • Clear telephone manner and proactive approach to tasks 

  • Strong commitment to client service excellent and desire to learn and develop
