As part of the fund administration team, you will work on a range of matters providing administration, management and secretarial services for established and new real estate and private equity funds.
You will also have the opportunity to work on a number of interesting and varied projects, which will give exposure to a wide variety of high quality clients, whilst being supported to study towards professional qualifications.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with all aspects of real estate and private equity fund administration and coordinating company secretarial duties
Accurately maintaining investor details and investor related documents
Participating in the creation and maintenance of fund company investor registers or limited partner registers
Undertaking daily cash management tasks across a number of bank accounts
Assisting with the completion of the KYC/AML policy for all new entries or investors
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 18 months’ previous fund administration experience
Either studying to willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification
Good problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work using own initiative
Corporate secretarial knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential
