​An opportunity to join the fund administration department in a well-regarded international provider of fund and corporate services. Working collaboratively with the team, you will ensure a quality service is provided to clients.

Looking for a talented individual to join the funds team, the ideal candidate will have an ambitious nature and the drive to deliver impeccable service to their first-class client base.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administration of a portfolio of fund structures

  • Maintaining the highest standards of administration including the periodic production of reports/analyses to third parties

  • Drafting/preparing less complex documents i.e. minutes/resolutions, as appropriate

  • Liaising with investment advisers, asset managers and other professional advisers

  • Attending client meetings with client Directors and Managers

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous fund administration experience

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Team player

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
